		<description>I agree Rebecca. There is no lack of talented and dedicated individuals willing and able to take up the reins of leadership. I am one of them. In my opinion the gap lies in the transferral of experiential knowledge from the current leaders and the future ones. It is important that current leaders in the field are able to recognize the emerging leaders and then make an effort to pass on their experiences. We have the skill sets, but we lack the experiential knowledge that ensures a smooth transition. As an emerging leader we need to cultivate mentors, and current leaders need to being willing to mentor the next generation.</description>
